AAO 2026 REGISTRATION
Registration for the AAO 2026 annual meeting in New Orleans opens on June 24, 2026, for Academy, AAOE, and AAOP members, while nonmembers can begin registering on July 8, 2026. The Academy offers both in-person and virtual registration options, with the in-person pass automatically providing access to corresponding virtual content. To take advantage of the lowest rates, attendees must complete their registration by the early bird deadline on August 5, 2026, after which fees increase on August 6. A second price increase occurs following the advance pricing deadline on September 9, 2026.

- July 8: Nonmembers can register and reserve hotel rooms.

- Sept. 9: Advance pricing fee deadline. Fees increase Sept. 10.
